Who can open a trade account?
Any business that sells chocolate. This can be retailers looking for chocolate ranges for their independent shops, delis and farm shops, food halls, gift and lifestyle stores, cafés, restaurants and hotels, online retailers, distributors or corporate gifting buyers.
Can I order on Faire instead?
Yes. If you already buy on Faire, you can order our brands there without a trade account with us.
Is there a minimum order?
It depends on your region. UK: no minimum. Europe: €280. US: $300. A £10 ex VAT small order fee applies to UK orders under £96 ex VAT.
Do I order by the case?
Yes. Each product is sold in full cases. The case size shows on the product page when you are logged in.
Are your trade prices ex VAT?
Yes. Trade prices are shown ex VAT. For UK orders, VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
How do I pay?
Trade accounts pay for each order at the time of placing the order.
How long does delivery take?
UK and Europe: we aim to dispatch within 5–7 working days. US: lead time is 7-10 working days. UK mainland delivery is free on orders over £240 ex VAT. Below that, a £9.99 ex VAT delivery charge applies.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes. Europe: prices are ex works, and we add delivery at cost to your invoice. US: freight is a flat 10% of the order value. Import VAT and duties are paid by the buyer.
What if something arrives damaged?
Tell us within 3 days of delivery (UK and Europe) or within 5 days (US), and send photos of the damage. We will sort it out with you.
Can I mix brands in one order?
Yes. One trade account and one order cover all six brands: COCO Chocolatier, Love Cocoa, H!P, Otherly, UP-UP and Seed & Bean.
